What we collect
When you request a quote or book a bin we collect your name, email address, delivery address and site details, and details about your job (bin size, waste type, dates).
To confirm a booking we collect credit card details, which are stored and processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
How we use it
We use your information to provide quotes, schedule deliveries and collections with our contracted drivers, process payments (including any overweight charges under our terms), and communicate with you about your hire.
We share only what a driver needs to complete your job: delivery address, access notes and contact email. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Email communication
We are an email-only business. We will email you booking confirmations, receipts, weighbridge details and service updates about your hire. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
Storage and security
Your information is stored in reputable cloud services with access limited to people who need it to run the business. Payment card data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider.
Access, correction and deletion
Email admin@adelaidehookliftbins.com.au to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We handle requests in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
