Published pricing = quotable job costs
Every bin size has a published price — 15m³ is always $1,450, from delivery to collection, including 2.5 tonnes of disposal. You quote a client "Waste removal & disposal: $1,450" and you know exactly what you'll pay. No surprises, no 'fuel levy' added on invoice.
Most residential renovation jobs need a 15m³ (Large) or 20m³ (XL) bin. Multi-stage jobs (strip-out, frame, fit-off) are two or three bins across the build — factor that into your quote upfront.
Heavy waste (concrete slabs, soil) can trigger $340/tonne excess charges. If you're unsure whether a job's waste will fit the included weight, email a photo or description — we'll advise before you commit to the price.
When quoting a client, budget for excess waste at $340/tonne. If you estimate a 15m³ bin for 'general' renovation waste, you're likely safe. If there's a slab, soil, or heavy demolition, add a buffer or book a larger bin.
Email booking and no phone tag
Tradies are busy on-site. We don't need phone calls. Send an email: "15m³ bin, delivery Monday 7am, 42 Oak Street, Prospect. Pickup Friday 3pm." We confirm within 2 hours (Mon–Fri 7am–5pm). One email thread per job, all details in writing.
If your schedule changes, one email: "Push pickup from Friday to Monday 10am," and it's done. No fees for date changes within your hire period.
Swap-outs between build phases
A typical house renovation: Week 1 strip-out (15m³), Week 2–3 frame (20m³), Week 4 fit-off (12m³). Three bins, three emails.
Email us: "Day 6 of strip-out hire — frame crew starting Monday, swap out Friday 4pm, swap in Monday 6am." We confirm, collect Friday, deliver Monday. No fuss, all in writing.
Repeat jobs get faster: we remember your usual phasing and suggest dates. "Last three jobs: 15m³ Mon–Fri, 20m³ Fri–Wed, 12m³ Wed–Fri — booking the same?"
No fuel levy, no hidden fees
The price is all-in: delivery, 7 days, collection, disposal weight included. No 'fuel levy' line item, no 'admin fee', no 'disposal surcharge' unless you go over the included weight.
Extensions: $15/day if you need the bin longer than 7 days. That's it — email before day 7 ends, pay $15/day, keep the bin.
Excess weight: only if you load more than the included allowance (1.5–4.5t depending on bin size). Weighed at facility, emailed to you, then charged if you approve. You're never surprised.
The $340/tonne excess and client quoting
Heavy waste (concrete ≈2.4t/m³, soil ≈1.4–1.8t/m³) can mean overweight charges. A 15m³ bin with 2.5t included disposal capacity can fit only about 1m³ of concrete before the excess kicks in.
When you quote a client, separate heavy waste: "Shed demolition ($1,450 bin) + slab removal ($340/tonne, estimate 2–3t)." Or book a separate dedicated bin for the slab. Clients understand line items better than surprise invoices.
Multi-site jobs: if you have two sites running, book bins for each — no transfers, no double-handling. Email each site's pickup and delivery windows.
